Bajaj launches Platina 110 H-Gear INR 53,376

Bajaj Auto has launched the Platina 110 H-Gear a daily commute motorcycle with features such as a special H-Gear which has been optimised for highway riding. The motorcycle is also the first motorcycle in its class to feature a digital console with Gear-Shift-guide.

The Platina 110 H-Gear claims to be the most comfortable Platina and includes Comfortec Technology from Bajaj. The motorcycle sports Gear Shift Guide which helps the rider to upshift or downshift with ease, this also ensures that the bike is being ridden in the suitable gear. The Bajaj Platina 110 H-Gear features all new feather-touch gear shifting mechanism and the ‘Highway Gear’ is used to deliver balance of fuel economy and power for highway riding.

The Platina 110 H-Gear also features anti-skid braking system (CBS), Nitrox suspension, longer and broader seats with a quilt pattern, tubeless tyres, broader footpads, alloy wheels in ‘Y’ shaped design etc.

The Platina 110 H-Gear is powered by a 115cc single cylinder air-cooled engine that produces 8.6 PS of power @ 7000 RPM and 9.81 Nm of torque @ 5000 RPM mated to a 5-speed transmission. Other hardware includes a telescopic front fork and twin gas charged shock on the rear. The bike weighs 118.5 kg (Kerb) and the bike comes with a 240mm hydraulic disc brakes on the front and 110 mm internally expanding mechanical drum brakes on the rear with CBS.

The Platina 110 H-Gear is priced at INR 53,376 ex-showroom, Delhi for the drum variant and INR 55,373 ex-showroom, Delhi for the disc variant. The motorcycle is now available at all Bajaj dealerships and is available in three colour options – Ebony Black with Blue decals, Ebony Black with Royal Burgundy decals and Cocktail Wine Red.
