BS6 Bajaj CT100 KS launched at INR 46,432 with 3 new colours & 8 new features

Bajaj Auto has launched the new CT100 KS at the price of INR 46,432 ex-showroom, Delhi. The new Bajaj CT100 KS is positioned in the commuter segment and is now available at all Bajaj showroom across the country. The new CT100 KS is offered in three new shades – Gloss Ebony Black with Blue decals, Matte Olive Green with Yellow decals and Gloss Flame Red with Bright Red decals.

The brand has updated the motorcycle with not only a BS6 compliant powertrain but for this festive season, the CT100 KS also comes with eight new features. The new CT100 KS now comes with Front Fork Suspension Bellows, Rubber Tank Pads, Fuel Meter that gives the rider real-time fuel indication, Handlebar with a cross tube for improved stability, Thicker and Flatter Seat adding comfort, an Enlarged Grab Rail for the pillion, Flexible & Clear-lens Indicators and an Extended Mirror Boot. The Bajaj CT100 KS id powered by a BS6 compliant 102cc air-cooled single-cylinder, 4-stroke motor with electronic fuel injection that pumps out 7.9 PS of power and 8.34 Nm of torque matched to a 4-speed gearbox. The CT100 KS comes with a Kick Starter and the commuter motorcycle can achieve a top speed of 90 kmph. 

In terms of design, the CT100 KS features a trapezoidal multifaceted reflector headlamp with a halogen bulb, body-coloured headlight shroud, a small flyscreen, full fenders, a flat bench seat, low slung exhaust, alloy wheels, ergonomic handlebars and mid-set footpegs. Mechanically the CT100 KS features Tubular Single Down Tube with Lower Cradle Frame that rides on hydraulic telescopic suspension on the front with 125 mm of travel, Spring-in-Spring (SNS) shock absorbers on the rear with 100mm of wheel travel 130 mm Drum brake on the front and 110mm drum brake on the rear equipped with CBS. The Bajaj CT100 KS comes with a wheelbase of 1235mm, ground clearance of 170mm and weighs 115 kg at the kerb.
