Earlier this month, Audi opened booking for its latest vehicle in India – the Q3 Sportback. Interested customers could book this car by paying a token amount of INR 2,00,000. Now, the German carmaker has officially launched the car in India. The price is set at INR 51,43,000. The Q3 Sportback is the coupe-version of the standard Q3.
What’s new in the 2023 Audi Q3 Sportsback?
The 2023 Audi Q3 Sportback comes with a more eye-catching exterior design. It gets a unique front grille and a blacked roof. The rear end gets a coupe-like roofline. It also gets stylish wraparound LED tail lamps and a black Audi logo. This is also the first crossover from the Audi brand in India.
The exterior trim is based on the S-line, which is more sportier than the standard model. Audi has offered 5 Spoke V Style ‘S Design’ R18 alloy wheels standard. There are five exterior shades to choose from and two interior colour options.
Coming to the insides, most of the interior is shared with the regular Q3. Audi has offered a large 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system. In terms of features, the full feature list is not yet available but Audi will offer Ambient lighting package with 30 colours, Audi Phone Box with wireless charging, electrically adjustable front seats with four-way lumbar support and Audi sound system.
Powertrain of the Audi Q3 Sportback
Like the Q3, the Audi Q3 Sportback will have the same 2,0-litre turbocharged engine. This particular motor produces 188 BHP and a peak torque of 320 Nm. Audi has paired a 7-speed dual clutch gearbox with this engine. The car sends power to all the four wheels via Audi’s Quattro system. The 0-100 km/h time is claimed to be 7.3 seconds.
Audi is also offering a complimentary 5 years Road Side Assistance and a complimentary 2+3 years extended warranty as a limited time offer.
