Audi India launches Q8 Celebration at INR 98.98 lakhs, the most affordable Q8 SUV

Audi India has launched the new Audi Q8 Celebration kick-starting the festive season in India. The new Audi Q8 Celebration is priced at INR 98.98 lakhs ex-showroom, India making it the most affordable Q8 in the portfolio of luxury Q8-family. To put things into perspective, the Audi Q8 is priced starting INR 1.33 Crore ex-showroom, India and the range-topping performance-oriented RS Q8 is priced at INR 2.07 Crore ex-showroom, India. The choice of Audi Q8 models can now be booked from Audi Dealerships across the country or through the contactless e-commerce channel – Audi India website.

Powering the Audi Q8 celebration is the new BS6 emission-compliant 3.0L TFSI engine that produces 340 Hp of power and 500Nm of torque matched to an 8-speed Tiptronic transmission that can propel the car from 0-100 kmph in 5.9 seconds. The range-topping RS Q8 in comparison 4.0-litre TFSI V-8-Cylinder twin-turbocharged petrol engine with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system (MHEV) and cylinder on demand (COD) technology that produces 600 Hp of power and 800 Nm of torque matched to an 8-speed Tiptronic gearbox coupled to a Quattro permanent all-wheel-drive system with self-locking centre differential and a hydraulic torque converter with a lock-up clutch. 

The Audi Q8 Celebration comes with highlights such as high-definition  Matrix LED headlamps with dynamic lighting, Audi Virtual Cockpit, Audi Smartphone Interface, Audi music interface, Audi Phone Box light with wireless charging, Audi Pre-Sense, 8 Airbags, Audi Park Assist, Contour Ambient lighting, Button-less MMI Navigation system with Touch Response and a Panoramic Sunroof. 

Further expanding the range of SUVs, Audi is getting ready to launch the new Audi Q2, the smallest in the Q family. Audi India has already commenced bookings on the Audi Q2 SUV which can be reserved with an amount of INR 2 lakhs. The Audi Q2 is expected to be offered in multiple variants and is expected to be powered by a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 190 Hp of power and 320 Nm of torque matched to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
