Audi India has announced a new Ready To Drive Campaign covering a range of new service initiatives and aftersales benefits. The new Ready To Drive Campaign is in-line with the brand’s customer-centric approach includes savings on Audi Genuine Accessories and merchandise (including the online Audi Shop), myAudi Connect (Dongle), brake pads, brake discs and brake pad sensors, Extended Warranty, Service plans and Comprehensive Service Value Package.
Under the Ready To Drive Campaign, customers can avail 20% savings on brake pads, brake discs and brake pad sensors, 10% savings on Audi Genuine Accessories, Audi Collection and Audi merchandise for all models also including purchases made on the online ‘Audi Shop’
Audi customers can also avail 50% savings on ‘myAudi Connect’ (the Audi Dongle) for select cars and 20% savings on Extended Warranty and Service Plans are applicable on select Audi cars. The brand has also announced that Audi car older than five years are eligible for a complimentary lube service.
Customers can avail these benefits at their nearest Audi authorised workshop which have been fully sanitized and are constantly monitored to ensure that maximum hygiene is maintained for both customer and staff safety.
In other news, Audi has rolled out the enhanced ‘myAudi Connect’, a mobile app for Audi customers, fans and enthusiasts offering a next step in the brand’s digitalization journey. The new myAudi Connect app comes with customer-centric features offering functions such as a login for Audi Club India members, payment options to enable in-app merchandise purchase, exclusive offers from Audi Concierge, offers on car-life products and online help and support.
The myAudi Connect also comes with customer safety and security, driver behaviour info, Audi Concierge facility, geo-location and service bookings that were offered earlier. Audi fans and non-Audi customers can also get access to Augmented Reality, detailed product brochures, a product configurator, place test-drive requests and access the help desk for any additional information on products and services, via the myAudi Connect app.
