German luxury car brand Audi has announced a monsoon service camp for all customers in India. The monsoon campaign dubbed as ‘Defy the rains. Effortlessly’ will be rolled out to all Audi service centres in India and the brand plans to keep all their customer cars up and running in perfect condition during the rainy season. All offers under this campaign are available for a limited period, and the offer starts from August 12th, 2019 and ends on 24th August, 2019.
Audi car customers can now drive to the nearest service centre and get a complimentary 50 point car check up. This will keep them updated about the vehicle health. The service centre will inspect the car on parameters such as exterior, interior, AC performance, brakes, tyres, underbody, road test drive and other important mechanical inspections.
Audi will be offering discounts on brake pads, brake discs and other genuine Audi accessories. 20% discounts on brake pads, brake discs, brake sensors and genuine accessories. The brand will also be offering 15% discount on extended warranty and 20% discount on RSA for customer cars. Pirelli tyres will be sold via Audi for their entire range of cars with 10% discounts.
Should any customer wish to get his / her car exchanged or sold, there will be on-spot evaluation of the old car. Customers can also get their vehicle exchanged with other Audi Approved used cars which have gone through a 300+ points check. An exchange bonus of around INR 2.5 lakh can be available by customers.
Mercedes-Benz is leading the Indian luxury car sales by a healthy margin, followed by BMW & Audi. Such value added services are surely going to offer peace of mind and attract buyers. Audi is now gearing up to launch their first all-electric e-tron SUV in the Indian market. There is no direct all-electric rival in the luxury SUV segment at the moment, and Audi could kick start the EV revolution among luxury brands in India.
