Ashok Leyland AVTR 4825 Tipper with heavy duty Bogie suspension launched

Ashok Leyland announces the launch of AVTR 4825 10×4 48 Tonner Tipper. This massive truck gets a patented dual tyre lift axle and heavy-duty Bogie suspension. This truck-based on the AVTR modular platform comes with a 29 cubic metre load body. Ashok Leyland mentioned that the truck’s main USP is its high fluid efficiency, durability, productivity and reliability. The use of Bogie suspension adds up to enhance strength and reliability. This also helps the truck to operate in the harshest conditions as well.

Customers have the option to customize the truck based on its usability. Customization options include engine options, driveline, cabin and load body. These trucks are most suitable for infrastructure, mining and construction duties. Ashok Leyland mentioned that this truck would also help reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO). The company fully believes in its tagline of “Aapki Jeet, Hamari Jeet”, thus enabling its customers with a wide range of choices and flexibility.

Key Features Of 4825 Bogie Suspension Tipper

The truck gets the powerful iGen6 engine that makes 186 kW (250 Hp) of power and 900 Nm of torque. The equipped 9-speed gearbox with crawler gear enhances the drivability in different terrains. The truck also gets a heavy-duty 38T Bogie with Single piece cast design. This bogie suspension aids in offering higher durability at heavy payloads. For the comfort of the driver, Ashok Leyland is offering a wide range of features. The features include a suspended driver seat, anti-roll bar, a suspended cab with dampers, full metal front fascia, ample storage spaces, music system and optional AC.

The truck also gets a 29 cubic metre box body with a heavy-duty 4-stage hydraulic FE tipping cylinder. One important safety feature is the anti-toppling sensor that aids while tipping.
