Triumph Motorcycles India has announced that the brand has launched a new premium pre-owned vertical dubbed Triumph Approved for the Indian customers. The new used-motorcycle retail program has been launched across all Triumph dealerships across the country. The new initiative will make the brand more accessible to first-time buyers, giving customers a choice to purchase pre-owned Triumph motorcycles. The Triumph Approved motorcycles can be found on the dedicated website online.
The Triumph motorcycles up for re-sale will go through a meticulous checklist which ensures that the motorcycle provides its new owner with the same original Triumph experience. Furthermore, Triumph will also cover these pre-owned motorcycles with an unlimited kilometres warranty for the period of one year from the date of purchase. In addition to this, the brand will also include a Triumph Approved certificate, roadside assistance service (RSA) for one year, a valid PUC along with finance and facilitation for transfer of ownership and vehicle service and ownership history.
Triumph will also offer finance options for the pre-owned motorcycles, enabling the ownership experience smoother and allowing the customer to own the motorcycle with ease. Every Triumph approved motorcycle is checked meticulously, evaluated and serviced before it enters the pre-owned sales program, promoting a buy-and-ride thought process. The brand has a wide range of products in its portfolio which includes – Modern Classic range, Roadster and Adventure range along with the Rocket 3R and Rocket 3R GT.
In other news, Triumph has revealed an all-new roadster called the Triumph Trident 660 which is expected to go on sale from January 2021. The Triumph Trident 660 is powered by a 660cc three-cylinder water-cooled 12-valve DOHC motor that produces 81 PS of power and 64 Nm of torque matched to a 6-speed gearbox. The Triumph Trident 660 claims the lowest service workshop time in its class with 10,000miles/16,000km service interval that is further enhanced by the 2-year global unlimited mileage warranty.
