AMO Electric bikes launches Jaunty Plus at INR 1,10,460

One of India’s fastest-growing electric mobility brands, AMO Electric Bikes, has launched its all-new e-scooter called the Jaunty Plus. AMO states that they conceptualised and designed the Jaunty Plus via their in-house R&D team as an eco-friendly e-scooter. Priced at INR 1,10,460 lakh (ex-showroom), the Jaunty Plus exhibits the perfect blend of style, performance, and safety. With this launch, AMO Electric Bikes has taken another step towards offering reliable, sustainable, and affordable e-mobility solutions in India.

2022 Jaunty Plus: Design DetailsĀ 

The Jaunty Plus e-scooter showcases a traditional scooter design with a large headlamp at the beak, flanked by sharp indicators. Additionally, the e-scooter’s front cowl also sports an additional light cluster with integrated turn indicators for added visibility. The Jaunty Plus also sports stylish alloy wheels along with a long seat for both the rider and the pillion.

The e-scooter also sports high-mounted mirrors on either side of the handlebar, a long footboard, and a rear taillight. AMO Electric Bikes will offer the Jaunty Plus in 5 colours – red-black, grey-black, blue-black, white-black, and yellow-black. The company will also offer a 3-year warranty for customers of the all-new Jaunty Plus e-scooter across the country.

2022 Jaunty Plus: Technical Specs, Features & Future PlansĀ 

AMO Electric Bikes has equipped the Jaunty Plus with a brushless DC motor that’s powered by a 60V advanced lithium-ion battery. This allows the e-scooter to sport a riding range of over 120 Km with a charging time of 4 hours. Along with fast-charging technology, the company will offer customers the option of selecting a fixed or portable battery pack. To promote customers into exploring and undertaking urban adventures, the Jaunty Plus features a cruise control switch and robust chassis.

Additionally, the e-scooter also sports an electronic assisted braking system (EABS), anti-theft alarm, telescopic front forks, and high ground clearance. The e-scooter’s other convenience features include a side stand sensor, central locking, front disc brake, and an engine kill switch. AMO Electric Bikes will offer the Jaunty Plus across 140 dealerships in India, starting from 15th February 2022. Since 2018, the company has tirelessly worked towards achieving its goal of converting e-mobility into mass mobility for customers.
