Hyundai has revealed some of the features of the upcoming Verna. The sedan comes with a host of ultramodern tech and will cater to the new age customers in India.
Features of the all-new Hyundai Verna
Hyundai has equipped the new Verna with a unique, first-in-segment switchable infotainment and climate controller. The screen offers a seamless and modern experience while offering the option to control both air conditioning as well as the infotainment.
Front seat passengers will also be ab;e to experience the first-insegment heated seats along with ventilation. This along with the HVAC system will cater to a wide range of climatic conditions which are available across India.
For those who prefer listening to music in the car, Hyundai has offered Bose Premium Sound. This Eight speaker system comes paired with the 10.25-inch HD infotainment screen. Hyundai has offered HD Audio Video navigation and Digital cluster with TFT MID with the new Verna.
Coming to the outside, the car comes with a unique first-in-segment Horizon LED positioning lamps and full-width DRLs add to the car’s front fascia. The new Verna also comes with Parametric connected LED taillamps.
What do we know about the all-new Hyundai Verna so far?
The new Hyundai Verna measures 4,535mm long, 1,765mm wide and 1,475mm high. These figures make it longer and wider than the outgoing car. Hyundai has kept the same height as before. In addition to this, the boot capacity has also increased. Currently, it stands at 528 litres, which is 50 litres more than its predecessor.
Further the Hyundai Verna could come with two petrol engine options. Hyundai has dropped the diesel engine. The low-spec variants will continue to get the naturally aspirated 1.5-litre engine. Meanwhile, the higher variants will get the new 1.5-litre turbo-petrol. Gearbox choices for the Verna include a six-speed manual as standard for both engines. In addition to this, there’s also CVT and DCT available as an option for the 1.5 NA and 1.5 turbo, respectively.
