All Hyundai cars will get 3-point seat belts & seat belt reminder

Safety has now become one of the key drivers for car sales. Thus most manufacturers are constantly updating their products to include more safety features. Hyundai which makes up for a huge chunk of sales in India too is following a similar track. It has rolled out an important update for its range of products. Going forward from now on, all Hyundai range of products will come equipped with 3-point seat belts and seat belt reminder systems. This is a standard fitment for all seats. It has also added a slew of other safety features to the models across its line-up.

Customer Safety Is Of Paramount Important For Hyundai India

The Creta SUV now gets 6 airbags as standard. Hyundai mentioned that customer safety is its utmost priority. And thus they are steadily rolling out these safety features to more and more products. Hyundai is also regularly enhancing the safety standards of its product line-up. This is in sync with the Indian government’s safety regulation directions Keeping this in mind, Hyundai has upgraded its full range model line-up with 3-point seatbelt and seat belt reminders for all seats as a standard offering. With more safety features, Hyundai believes that Safety feature standardisation will offer superior protection for its customers.

Updated Safety Features For Hyundai India’s Lineup Of Products

For the Creta and Alcazar SUVs, Hyundai will now offer rear disc brakes as standard. Additionally, Hyundai is also fitting electronic stability control (ESC), vehicle stability management (VSM) & hill assist control (HAC) as standard on the Venue and all models priced above it in the company’s lineup. Other key safety updates include the standardisation of 6 airbags in the Creta and Alcazar. Meanwhile, the Venue will now come equipped with 4 airbags in select variants. This feature will also be available as standard on the Grand i10 and Aura.
