German luxury carmaker, Audi has rolled out the enhanced ‘myAudi Connect’, a mobile app for Audi customers, fans and enthusiasts offering a next step in the brand’s digitalization journey. The new myAudi Connect app comes with customer-centric features offering functions such as a login for Audi Club India members, payment options to enable in-app merchandise purchase, exclusive offers from Audi Concierge, offers on car-life products and online help and support. In addition to features like customer safety and security, driver behaviour info, Audi Concierge facility, geo-location and service bookings that were offered earlier.
The myAudi Connect app also offers access to features such as Augmented Reality, product brochures, test drive requests, service cost calculators and more, available to its potential customers as well as Audi enthusiasts. In the enhanced version of the myAudi Connect app, Audi Club India members can share experiences and stories with other members building an exclusive owner’s community, access to private events, a community newsfeed, video and photo gallery and an update on news modules. Audi Club India membership comes complimentary with the ‘myAudi Connect’ telematics bundle.
The myAudi Connect app also enables online payment options which can be used for making payments at a dealership paying for an event pass online, booking experiences online and access to purchase aftersales and other Audi Car Life products. Audi enthusiasts can also purchase Audi merchandise via the app using a secure payment gateway. The brand also offers Audi Concierge service as part of the myAudi Connect program and comes with partner offers and co-branded promotions along with customization and personalization of services.
Audi fans and non-Audi customers can also get access to Augmented Reality, detailed product brochures, a product configurator, place test-drive requests and access the help desk for any additional information on products and services, via the myAudi Connect app. The app also provides the latest news and launch updates. Through the myAudi Connect app customer feedback and help desk sections are also made available right from the application which gives Audi a platform to respond directly to its customer’s and in real-time.
Via the myAudi Connect app, the brand is also providing convenience features such as online help and support, safety and security with ‘myAudi Connect’ vehicle geo-location, driver score gamification and online support etc. The brand has also enhanced the applications security and data protection with CRM connectivity and two-factor authentication and it has deployed state-of-the-art encryption methods to ensure data privacy.
