One of India’s leading motorcycle brand, Bajaj, has launched the new Avenger Street 160 with ABS. The cruiser segment bike was first introduced in 2005 and the comfortable cruiser can be ridden with ease for highway touring and also be used within the city and daily commutes. The new avenger 160 with ABS has a blended design of a cruiser and a roadster and the sporty cruiser has become quite popular among the 150cc to 160cc segment motorcyclists.
The new Avenger Street 160 ABS features a roadster design headlamp with LED daytime running lights, low and long profile, black alloy wheels, rubberized grab rail for the passenger and new graphics with a large decorative badge.
The all-new Bajaj Avenger Street 160 ABS has an upright riding position with relaxed extended foot position and a low slung seat. This position allows maximum comfort on long journeys. The straight handlebars also give a commanding position to the rider and enable the rider to handle the bike in the city with ease. The safety quotient of the is improved with the large disc brake on the front equipped with Anti-Lock Brakes (ABS).

The new Avenger Street 160 ABS is powered by a 160.4cc, single-cylinder engine that produces 15 PS of power @ 8500 RPM and 13.5 Nm of torque @ 7000 RPM coupled to a 5-speed transmission.
The chassis is a diamond type frame and the bike measures 2210mm in length, 806mm in width and 1070mm in height with a wheelbase of 1480mm and 177mm ground clearance. The bike boasts a low seat height of only 730mm and it weighs 150 kg (kerb). The brakes are 260mm hydraulic disc brake on the front with ABS and a 130mm internally expanding mechanical drum on the rear wheel.
