Tata Curvv Dark Edition – What is special?
As showcased in an online video, the Dark Edition Curvv is seen arriving at a dealership. The all-black variant is inspired by the rest of the Dark Edition range from Tata, which includes the Harrier Dark and Safari Dark models.
As its name suggests, the complete car has been draped in a black theme inside-out. Visually, it gets the Dark Edition badge on the fenders, a gloss black exterior paint, blacked-out chrome accents, smoked-out lights, all-black alloy wheels, and a black spoiler.
Similarly, on the inside, it gets an all-black leather upholstery and black panels which are matched with the piano black accents all around the cabin. Mind you, the Curvv Dark Edition is based on the top-spec trim, and it comes as a fully loaded version.
In terms of features, it gets a digital cockpit, a 12.3-inch wireless infotainment system, dual-zone auto AC, 6-way powered driver’s seat, front seats with ventilation, panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, and more.
Powering the Curvv Dark Edition are going to be the same engine options as seen on the standard models. The Curvv is offered with the options of a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol and a 1.5-litre turbo-diesel engine options along with the choice of manual and automatic transmissions.
Safety-wise, the Curvv Dark Edition is going to be equipped with a 5-star NCAP carsh-tested cabin along with features like 6 airbags, 360-degree surround view monitoring, and 20 ADAS autonomous safety features.
The pricing of the Dark Edition Curvv will be marginally higher than the top-spec models by a few thousand.
