Ola reveals Gold Plated S1 Pro Sona Edition, special ‘Sona’ mode.

Ola Electric has unveiled its new limited-edition S1 Pro electric scooter. The special characteristic of this electric scooter is it will come with 24-carat gold-plated components. It will be given away through a contest and is referred to as the S1 Pro Sona Edition.

The limited edition scooter will feature a dark beige Nappa leather seat along with gold stitching. It will have a pearl white bodywork with beige accents. The Ola S1 Pro Sona Edition will boast a distinctive colour scheme. 24-carat gold is used to complete the rear footpegs, grab rail, brake levers, and mirror stalks. The rear swingarm, side stand, front fork, and alloy wheels are all finished in gold.

The MoveOS gives the S1 Pro Sona Edition a user interface with a gold motif. Additionally, it contains a unique “Sona” mode.

Customers who want to win the S1 Pro Sona Edition must either take a selfie outside of an Ola store and tag the brand with the hashtag #OlaSonaContest or submit an Instagram reel using an Ola S1 e-cooter. On December 25, Ola stores will host a scratch-and-win competition where customers can enter to win the limited edition e-scooter. However, the precise quantity of S1 Pro Sona Editions that will be offered has not been disclosed by Ola.

As electric scooters become more and more popular, there is a huge increase in the number of new models available. Recently, Honda unveiled the future Activa e and QC1, Hero unveiled the new Vida V2 series, while Bajaj unveiled the new Chetak 35 Series. Sales of rival brands like TVS and Bajaj have caught up, and they are both only a few inches away from overtaking Ola as the leading brand for some time to come.
