Following the announcement by Mercedes-Benz India, BMW has also announced a price hike. The BMW Price hike will affect price of popular BMW cars by up to 3%. This includes CBUs and models produced in India. The hike will come into effect from 1st January 2025 onwards.

BMW Price Hike for India models:
Locally produced BMW models by India that will face the rise in prices are the BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe, BMW 3 Series Long Wheelbase, BMW 5 Series Long Wheelbase, BMW 7 Series Long Wheelbase, BMW X1, BMW X3, BMW X5, BMW X7, and BMW M340i xDrive.
Also, Completely Built Units (CBU) models such as BMW i4, BMW i5, BMW i7, BMW i7 M70, BMW iX1, BMW iX, BMW Z4 M40i, BMW M2 Coupe, BMW M4 Competition, BMW M4 CS, BMW M5, BMW M8 Competition Coupe, and BMW XM (hybrid) will also face a rise in their prices.

Among these, BMW M340i xDrive and BMW M5 were recently launched in India. BMW M340i xDrive showcased an impressive sales performance on the international markets with a total 1000 units being sold. Further, 2025 will witness more new launches India by BMW such as BMW M3, BMW X3 2025 and BMW 2 Series 2025.
