Nissan will soon be launching the new Magnite SUV in the Indian market. The brand is currently teasing us with glimpses of the upcoming SUV and has also revealed that the bookings for the new Nissan Magnite are now open. Customers can book the new Magnite from Nissan dealerships around the country as well as through the brand’s online sales channels. The brand will be introducing the new Magnite to the Indian market on the 4th October 2024. Furthermore, the brand also revealed that the deliveries of the new Nissan Magnite are scheduled to commence from the 5th of October 2024.
What to Expect?
The Nissan Magnite facelift is likely come with a new radiator grille as well as new light signatures the front and rear. The brand is also likely to offer reprofiled bumpers on the front as well as rear, to differentiate the new product from the outgoing one. One of the teaser images also reveal that the new Magnite will come with a reworked taillamp internals. Speculation is that the brand will also offer new interiors on the Magnite. While, the dashboard on the new Magnite is likely to be similar to the current Magnite, the seat upholstery is likely to be new. The brand is also likely to add more comfort and convenience features on the new Magnite.
Powertrain
Under the hood, the new Nissan Magnite is likely to remain the same. The SUV is likely to be available with two powertrain options, a 1.0-litre 3-cylinder petrol engine alongside the 1.0-litre 3-cylinder turbo-petrol motor. The Magnite is also likely to come with multiple gearbox options which includes a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT on the naturally aspirated engine as well as a 5-speed manual as well as a CVT automatic gearbox that will be offered on the turbocharged engine.
