Yamaha reveals 2024 MotoGP Editions of R15M & MT-15 Version 2.0 for India

Yamaha has launched the new 2024 Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Edition models of the popular Yamaha R15M and MT-15 Version 2.0 motorcycles in the Indian market. Both the special edition motorcycles will be available exclusively through the Blue Square showrooms across India, revealed the brand. In addition to this, the brand also revealed that the new 2024 Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Edition R15M and MT-15 Version 2.0 will be available at the price of INR 1,98,800 ex-showroom and INR 1,73,400 ex-showroom, respectively.

What’s New?

The new 2024 Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Edition motorcycles come with a new MotoGP inspired livery. The livery includes Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP graphics on the fuel tank shrouds, fuel tank side panels as well as the front fairing and side panels of the motorcycles. The new livery draws inspiration from the racing legacy of the brand and outlines its racing DNA. Apart from the new livery, the 2024 Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Edition R15M and the MT-15 Version 2.0 remain mechanically unchanged.

Powertrain and Features

Powering both the Yamaha R15M and the MT-15 Version 2.0 is the 155cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled 4-valve engine. The fuel injected engine features Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) and technologies such as Traction Control and Slipper and Assist Clutch on its 6-speed gearbox. In the parts bin, the Yamaha R15M and MT-15 Version 2.0 come with Upside-Down Front Fork Suspension and a Linked-Type Monocross Suspension at the rear. In addition to this, the motorcycle also comes with features such as a full digital display with Bluetooth technology, . The super sport R15M also features such as a Quick Shifter. The bike also gets Turn-by-Turn Navigation, Music & Volume control, upgraded switchgear and LED license plate light.

Both the Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP Edition motorcycles will appeal to the young crowd as well as Yamaha MotoGP fanbase across the country.
