Hyundai has just launched the facelift of the popular 3-row SUV – the Hyundai Alcazar. The Alcazar comes with a starting price of INR 14.99 Lakh ex-showroom. The bookings for the Hyundai Alcazar are now open from all Hyundai Dealerships pan India. The brand revealed also that the new Alcazar will be available with 2 engine variants in both petrol and diesel along with multiple gearbox options. In addition to this, the Alcazar will also come with 6 and 7 seats offering plenty of comfort and convenience features.
Price & Colours
The Hyundai Alcazar starts with a price tag of INR 14.99 lakh ex-showroom for the petrol and INR 15.99 lakh ex-showroom for the diesel. The Alcazar is also available with a total of 9 colour options. Out of which 8 are monotone colours and 1 dual tone colour.
Powertrain Options
Powering the 2024 new Hyundai Alcazar is a 1.5-litre TGDi turbo petrol engine producing 160 PS of power and 253 Nm of torque matched to a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual clutch automatic gearbox. Also, the brand offers a 1.5-litre CRDi diesel motor producing 116 PS of power and 250 Nm of torque matched to a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter type automatic gearbox.
Design & Features
The new Hyundai Alcazar is based on the Creta facelift, however, the brand is offering a completely new front and rear fascia on the new car. Differentiation factors include a new DRL signatures as well as a completely new radiator grille. The bumpers have also been reworked to differentiate the Alcazar from the 5-seater Creta. In addition to this, the Alcazar also comes with a H-shaped elements on the front as well as the rear of the car. On the rear, the Alcazar gets connected LED lights that reverberate well with the front of car. Also, the rear bumper is and boot section is completely new and specific to the Alcazar.
On the inside, the new Alcazar gets features such as dual 10.25-inch screens. A touchscreen unit for the infotainment and another driver’s instruments cluster. The Alcazar also comes with front ventilated seats, as well as an automatic climate control system. The top variants of the SUV also comes with electric driver and passenger seats. The front passenger seats can also be adjusted front buttons on the right side of the seatback, so the rear passengers are able to control the movement.
Safety
The new Hyundai Alcazar will also come with advanced safety features such as 6-airbags, 19 Level2 ADAS with adaptive cruise control, lane keep assistance, collision mitigation and more. The car also uses Advanced high Strength Steel and High Strength Steel to distribute collision forces and direct them around the cabin. The car also comes with vehicle stability management, hill start assist control, ABS with EBD, all 4 disc brakes, TPMS, Hill Descent Control, Rain Sensing Wipers, etc.
