Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles has launched the all-new Jawa 42 FJ. As the latest addition to the ’42 Life’ series, which already includes the popular Jawa 42 and Jawa 42 Bobber. Priced competitively, starting at INR 1,99,142 (ex-showroom Delhi), the Jawa 42 FJ is set to disrupt the market with its combination of style, power, and affordability.
A Tribute to Heritage and Innovation
The Jawa 42 FJ takes its name from František Janeček, the founder of the Jawa brand, symbolizing a bridge between the rich legacy of the marque and its forward-looking aspirations. At the heart of this new model is the brand-new 350 Alpha2 engine, a technological marvel designed to deliver a class-leading performance.
Design: A Blend of Classic and Modern
The Jawa 42 FJ boasts a design that is both muscular and refined. One of its standout features is the brushed aluminium tank panels—a first in this segment—offering not just a premium look but also options for personalization with different colour choices and branding. Complementing these are the aluminium headlamp holders, grab handles, and footpegs, which enhance the bike’s cohesive design language.
The motorcycle’s ergonomic enhancements include a longer wheelbase and higher ground clearance, making it suitable for a variety of riding conditions. The wide, flat seat with premium stitching ensures comfort for long rides, while the off-set fuel cap adds a unique touch to its tank design.

Built on a robust double cradle frame, the Jawa 42 FJ offers exceptional stability and control. Its 1440 mm wheelbase and 178 mm ground clearance are designed for both urban commuting and highway cruising.

Available in five colours, the Jawa 42 FJ offers a variety of options to cater to individual tastes. The range starts with the Aurora Green Matte Spoke variant at INR 1,99,142 and goes up to the Deep Black Matte Red Clad and Matte Black Clad variants, each priced at INR 2,20,142.
