2024 Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 Review

Ultraviolette has launched the new F77 Mach 2 in the Indian market, becoming the first electric motorcycle to come with Dynamic Regen and Traction Control system. The F77 Mach 2 is the updated model of the F77 and bring a host of changes, colour options and improvements to the range as well as new features. The electric bike also comes with a global-first 800,000 km / 8 years battery and drivetrain warranty with its UV Care MAX program. Technical Specifications

Powering the Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 is a permanent magnet AC motor that produces 36.2 Hp of power and 90 Nm of torque paired to a 7.1 kWh lithium-ion battery pack which Ultraviolette likes to call the SRB7. This battery is capable of returning a range of 211 km of IDC range. The Mach 2 is also capable of sprinting from 0-60 kmph in 2.9 seconds, 0-100 kmph in 7.8 seconds and can hit a top speed of 155 kmph.

On the other hand, the F77 Mach 2 Recon comes with a larger 10.3 kWh battery pack dubbed the SRB10 mated to a more powerful 40.2 Hp motor producing 100 Nm of torque. The SRB10 battery pack returns a range 323 km as per the IDC cycle. The F77 Mach 2 Recon is capable of accelerating from 0-60 kmph in 2.8 seconds and 0-100 kmph in 7.8 seconds, meanwhile the top speed remains the same at 155 kmph.

Ultraviolette offers the electric motorcycle with 2 variants – F77 Mach 2 and F77 Mach 2 Recon. The F77 Mach 2 is available in 3 personas – Shadow, Laser and Airstrike. The Shadow persona is available in 3 colour options – Cosmic Black, Asteroid Grey and Stealth Grey. The Laser persona is available in 3 colour options – Turbo Red, Plasma Red and Afterburner Yellow. Meanwhile the Airstrike persona is available in Stellar White, Supersonic Silver and Lightning Blue colour options. The Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 comes with an introductory price tag of INR 2.99 lakh ex-showroom and the Recon variant comes with an introductory price of INR 3.99 lakh ex-showroom.
