Husqvarna Motorcycle has launched the 2024 Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 in the Indian market at the price of INR 2.19 lakh ex-showroom. The 2024 Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 comes with a number of updates which includes a new engine and chassis. Furthermore, Husqvarna is also offering a new electronic package as well as an updated design. For 2024, the Vitpilen 250 also comes with reduced weight, a lower and more comfortable seat height and higher ground clearance.
2024 Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 – Design and Features
The Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 is a minimalist urban Roadster and features Husqvarna’s timeless design philosophy. The bike gets round LED headlamps with a positioning light ring. The motorcycle blends all the cuts into one making the body appear like a chiselled block. Husqvarna offers the motorcycle with WP USD big piston front fork and premium paint finish with overcoated decals.
2024 Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 – What’s New and Improved?
For 2024, Husqvarna is introducing the new-generation engine and chassis for the Vitpilen 250. The bike also gets a new 5-inch LCD display. The 2024 Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 also comes with a larger fuel tank which now holds 13.5-litre vs 9.5-litre on the 2022 Vitpilen 250. The bike also comes with a revised handlebar offering a much more comfortable riding posture than before. The new handlebar does not only reduce weight but also offers a highly responsive steering. The bike also comes with an Easy Shift (Quickshifter) for clutches shifting.
The motorcycle also gets improved ground clearance of 177 mm vs 152 mm on the 2022 model. The 2024 Vitpilen 250 is also more approachable by riders with shorter inseams as the rider seat height is now 820 mm vs 842 mm. In addition to this, pillions can also easily swing a leg with 877 mm pillion seat height vs 907 mm of the 2022 Vitpilen 250. The overall seat is also longer by 100mm as compared to the MY22 Vitpilen 250. The bike has also shed its weight and it is now 163.8 kg vs 164.4 kg.
2024 Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 – Technical Specifications
Powering the 2024 Husqvarna Vitpilen 250 is a 249cc single-cylinder engine with liquid cooling. The engine produces 30 Hp of power and 25 Nm of torque. The motor is paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The bike also gets 43mm WP USD big piston front fork, ByBre brakes and Bosch Dual Channel ABS.
The 2024 Vitpilen 250 will be available from end of January 2024 onwards across 400+ KTM-Husqvarna dealerships in India.
