Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL), the two-wheeler subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation has posted its latest sales reports, i.e. for March 2023. The Japan-based two-wheeler maker posted an overall sales figure of 97,584 units in March 2023. SMIPL sold 73,069 units in the domestic market. Meanwhile, it exported 24,515 units in March 2023. During the period starting from April 2022 to March 2023, SMIPL posted a total sales of 9,38,371 units. This figure translates to a significant increase of 24.3 per cent compared to the previous financial year. Wherein Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. sold a total of 754,938 units.
March 2023 Was Suzuki Motorcycle India Best Month
Suzuki Motorcycle India showcased its valour and put on a remarkable sales achievement in March. This figure also represents its highest-ever monthly sales of 97,584 units. This translates to year-on-year growth of 49 per cent compared to March 2022. For the fiscal year 2023, Suzuki Motorcycle India registered a double-digit sales growth of 24.3 per cent compared to the last financial year. This remarkable sales growth resonated perfectly with the growing popularity of Suzuki’s two-wheeler products in the domestic and overseas markets.
Suzuki Motorcycle India Racking Up Significant Sales
FY 2023 was a major milestone year for Suzuki Motorcycle India. This is because they as a company made their entry in the 250cc adventure sports segment. This was possible with the launch of V-Strom SX. In addition to this, the company also launched the much-awaited Katana. Moreover, Suzuki Motorcycle India also added new colour schemes for Gixxer 250 series, Gixxer series and Access 125. New launches and updates play an important role in keeping customers engaged.
Suzuki Motorcycle India’s New Apparel and Merchandise Collection
In March 2023 Suzuki Motorcycle India also introduced ‘New Apparel and Merchandise Collection’ for 2023. The new collection is now available across all Suzuki Premium two-wheeler dealerships. In fact, it has received a great response from motorcycle enthusiasts.
