HOP Electric Mobility continues its quest to become India’s top EV maker. Keeping this in mind, the EV maker is increasingly expanding its dealership network in the country. The brand recently announced that it has now set up over 100+ experience centres across the country. And by the end of 2022, HOP Electric Mobility is planning to expand its retail footprint to over 300 cities. The demand for electric vehicles has reached new highs, with HOP Electric too witnessing a similar trend. Indian Government is also pushing for EVs by offering subsidies in the form of discounts on the prices, road taxes and more.
HOP Electric Range Of Products
Currently, customers have two products to choose from these are Leo and Lyf. Both are electric scooters which are selling in good numbers. Hop Electric confirmed that it would soon enter the electric motorcycle segment by launching the Oxo. Currently, the motorcycle is being tested across diverse terrains to prove its reliability.
Hop’s range of scooters gets all the necessary features as per 2022 standards. This includes an LED console, dual disc brakes, USB charger, swappable smart battery, GPS, anti-theft system, and remote-key facilities. Hop Electric Mobility’s Leo and Lyf ensure a range of 70 km to 125 km for range anxious riders. The upcoming electric motorcycle, Oxo and the upcoming high-speed electric scooter will deliver a riding range of 150 km and 120 km, respectively.
Electric Scooter’s Demand On The Rise
Not only for Hop, but almost all EV makers also posted a positive sales growth for 2021. This is an indicator that the automotive sector is now witnessing a paradigm shift away from ICE vehicles to battery-powered ones. Hop Electric being one of the key players in the market too, has laid down a long term plan to persist in the market and meet the ever-growing demand. Its growing dealership network is one of the key indicators of the brand’s dedication to serving the customers. The EV mentioned that the plan for the next three years is to launch at least ten new products.
