Yamaha Roadside Assistance Program – What does it offer?

Yamaha is a renowned brand when it comes to customer satisfaction. The Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer has now extended its customer support by offering a new 5-year RSA program.

Priced at Rs 975, the new optional roadside assistance program offers complete coverage of various unwanted situations, which includes breakdowns, flat tires, drained batteries, minor repairs, and medical emergencies as well.

Additionally, customers opting for the new RSA program can also avail on-site repair and towing service through it.

The new RSA program is not only well-priced, but it is an additional boon along with the recently launched 10-year warranty scheme for customers.

Yamaha recently introduced an 8-year extended warranty option, in addition to the 2-year standard warranty for all its products.

While Yamaha products are known to last for years without breaking down, the new RSA program will be extremely beneficial for customers who keep their products for long durations.

As of now, the product lineup of Yamaha India includes the R15 V4, R3, FZ series, MT-15, and MT-03 bikes. Moreover, Fascino 125 and Ray ZR 125 are the two mass-market scooters sold alongside the motorcycles.

Yamaha also offers a 155cc Aerox maxi scooter in India.

Our verdict
