More than 600 Harley-Davidson owners gathered at the third Southern H.O.G. rally which was organised in Hyderabad last weekend.
This was the largest-ever gathering in south India with over 600 Harley owners riding across from all 13 H.O.G chapters in India. Riders from Chandigarh and Kolkata also participated in the event. The event had activities such as custom motorcycle zone, burnout zone, arm wrestling competition, workshop on pre-ride motorcycle maintenance and riding fitness and rock performances. 50 riders among the 600 present are looking for the Big 5 patch for 2014. Riders who participate in all 4 zonal rallies and the India H.O.G.® Rally in one calendar year earn the special recognition of the Big 5 patch.
Alex Thomas from the Spice Coast Chapter won the custom motorcycle contest. From here, the H.O.G. rides to the third Northern H.O.G. Rally and 3rd Eastern H.O.G. Rally in November and December 2014 respectively.
