Ford has issued a recall of the Fiesta Classic sedan to inspect the faulty Glow Plug Control Module.
This recall only accounts for the diesel Fiesta Classic 1.4 LTDCI models. The company has recalled 3,072 units to install a new design, Waterproof Glow Plug Control Module.
Ford will contact the customers directly who need to visit their nearest Ford dealer and get this part replaced free of cost.
In 2013, Ford had recalled the EcoSport to changed the positioning of the Glow Plug Control Module.
Don’t these recalls affect customers perception of a brand? Or it goes unnoticed?
