2025 Suzuki Hayabusa – what’s new?

The 2025 Hayabusa retains its legendary 1,340cc inline four-cylinder engine, which produces 190 hp at 9,700 rpm and 142 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm. This powerhouse is paired with a six-speed gearbox featuring an assist and slipper clutch, ensuring smooth gear shifts and optimal power delivery. The engine is complemented by Suzuki’s Intelligent Ride System (S.I.R.S.), which includes multiple power modes, traction control, engine brake control, and an active speed limiter.

Suzuki has introduced two key updates to the Hayabusa’s rider aids. The launch control system has been revised for increased linearity and effectiveness, allowing riders to achieve quicker yet smoother acceleration. Additionally, the smart cruise control system now remains active even when the rider changes gears using the bi-directional quick shifter, enhancing convenience during long rides.

Other features

The Hayabusa’s chassis features a twin-spar aluminum frame, offering stability and nimble handling. Suspension duties are handled by KYB forks, while braking is managed by Brembo calipers with Galfer discs. The bike rides on Bridgestone Battlax Hypersport S22 tyres, ensuring superior grip and performance.

2025 Suzuki Hayabusa new colours

Visually, the 2025 Hayabusa is available in three new color schemes: Metallic Matte Green/Metallic Matte Titanium Silver, Glass Sparkle Black, and Metallic Mystic Silver/Pearl Vigor Blue. These vibrant options add a fresh touch to the bike’s aerodynamic silhouette, which continues to be inspired by the peregrine falcon—the world’s fastest animal.

Cuurently the 2025 Hayabusa is available internationally. In the US it is priced at approx. $19,000. We will definitely get the new superbike in India. However, expect it to be priced upwards of INR 17 lakh.
