Skoda Auto has commenced testing the facelifted version of its popular mid-size SUV, the Kushaq, in international markets. This development marks a significant step as the company aims to refresh its lineup and maintain its competitive edge in the rapidly evolving automotive sector.

Spy Shots Reveal Key Updates

Recent spy shots of the 2025 Skoda Kushaq facelift reveal several notable changes. The test mule, heavily camouflaged, hints at substantial exterior and interior updates. Key visible changes include:

  • Front and Rear Design: The facelifted Kushaq sports a redesigned front grille, tweaked headlamps, and revised front and rear bumpers. The taillights have also been updated, potentially featuring a connected design.
  • New Alloy Wheels: The SUV will ride on newly designed alloy wheels, adding to its refreshed look.
  • Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS): A sensor spotted on the front air dam suggests the inclusion of an ADAS suite, enhancing safety and driving convenience.

Market Positioning and Launch Timeline

The 2025 Skoda Kushaq facelift is expected to debut in the second half of 2025. Once launched, it will compete with other compact SUVs like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and the recently introduced models from various manufacturers.
