2025 Renault Triber, Kiger facelift models details

2025 Renault Kiger facelift

As seen in the spy images, the Triber MPV and the Kiger SUV facelift test cars are seen on a highway together. Both test mules have been covered extensively, indicating that the design changes are going to be substantial.

However, it is only the Kiger’s front, which is visible in the photos. The covered front fascia reveals that the new Kiger will get a revised front grille, a set of new LED headlamps, and a new bumper with LED foglamps on the top variants. Additionally, it is likely to get the new 2D Renault logo, which the international models bear.

The rear spy images of both cars showcase that the taillights are makeshift, which probably means that both models will likely feature a set of new LED taillamps and a slightly revised rear bumper design.

On the inside, we are expecting a major upgrade as both models have been present in the market for a long period without any major updates. As expected, both facelift models are likely to get a new dashboard, a new digital instrument console (probably), and a bigger infotainment screen with wireless connectivity features.

2025 Renault Triber facelift

As both models will receive a facelift, the mechanical setup is not going to be changed as expected. Both of the cars are offered with a 1.0-litre petrol engine, which makes 71 bhp of peak power. However, Kiger also gets a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine option, which is also offered with a CVT automatic transmission.

Our verdict

Renault introduced the Triber MPV back in 2019, while the Kiger was launched in 2021. It has been over five years since the Triber has received any updates. The new Triber has the possibility of becoming the best-selling MPV in India due to its cost-effective pricing. Meanwhile, Kiger also has the potential to beat the Nissan Magnite, which is a sibling car that is selling more with the same engine and platform.
