The gear shift lever has now been repositioned to the dashboard, thus creating more central space. Meanwhile, the centre console now gets a slider for a clean outlook.

In terms of technology, the new 2025 Defender now features an Adaptive Off-Road Cruise Control. This tech automatically adjusts the speed on off-road trails for a relaxed driving experience.

There is also a new Driver Attention Monitor camera, which is embedded in the steering wheel. It detects the driver’s behaviour and assists in case of an emergency.
