Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India has introduced the rebranded version of its entry-level tourer bike CB200. Badged Honda NX200, the new motorcycle gets a refreshed design with a TFT console. Read all the details below.

2025 Honda NX200 – what has changed?

The newly introduced NX200 is essentially a rebadged version of the old CB200 motorcycle. The CB200 was Honda’s attempt to take on the growing adventure-tourer segment in India. However, the CB200’s underpowered engine and lacklustre tech could not gather many buyers.

Now, the new NX200 has been launched at Rs 1.68 lakh (ex-showroom), offering mild changes to the design and a new TFT console. The majority of the body panels and the ergonomics of the NX200 are identical to the CB200. However, Honda has revised the decals and graphics to pour a refreshed flair into the new bike.

Speaking of the highlight change, the TFT console is a smart unit that supports Bluetooth connectivity and smart features like SMS/call alerts. Powering the NX200 is the tried and tested 184cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that powered the CB200. However, it is now OBD2B-compliant; offering enhanced refinement and efficiency.

Honda is offering the new NX200 in three colours and it is available readily through the showrooms from an immediate effect. For now, Honda has commenced the bookings while the official deliveries are set to begin in March. The primary rival of the NX200 is the Hero Xpulse 210.

The new Honda NX200 is a desperate attempt by Honda to make a move in the budget-friendly adventure-tourer category of motorcycles in India. This segment has been dominated by the Xpulse for a long where the NX200 is trying to offer a more refined and reliable technology.
