2025 Hero Xpulse 210 – what has changed?

The new Xpulse 210 made its debut at the Auto Expo 2025. It is being offered in two variants – Base and Top. The starting price for the Base variant is Rs 1,75,800 while the Top variant costs Rs 1,85,800 ex-showroom. It is available in two colour options – Silver and Black (Top variant) and Red and White (Base variant).

The new Xpulse is powered by a bigger 210cc liquid-cooled engine that generates 24.6bhp and 20.7Nm of peak power and torque. The new engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission that has a slipper-assist clutch function as well. More power and a 6-speed gearbox are likely going to make the new Xpulse a good highway tourer.

Hero has also revised the features list on the new Xpulse as it comes equipped with a 4.2-inch TFT colour screen with Bluetooth connectivity. The TFT screen displays the speedometer, tachometer, gear position indicator, fuel economy, and more. The bike also gets a dual-channel ABS, which is standard.

Hero has equipped the new Xpulse with a long-travel 210mm front telescopic suspension and a 205mm monoshock at the rear. It rides on a 21-inch front tyre and an 18-inch rear tyre.

Our verdict

The Hero Xpulse moniker has been a trustworthy and pocket-friendly adventure motorcycle. However, it lacked the highway punch and power. The new updates have made it a better tourer motorcycle for long-distance riders.
