BMW Motorrad India launched the 2025 BMW S 1000 RR at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. Priced at INR 21,10,000 (ex-showroom), the updated S 1000 RR is a high-performance superbike designed for racing enthusiasts.
2025 BMW S 1000 RR – What’s New?
The new S 1000 RR features a 999cc inline-four engine with BMW’s ShiftCam technology, producing 210 hp at 13,750 rpm. The engine reaches a maximum speed of 14,600 rpm and generates 113 Nm of torque at 11,000 rpm. The bike accelerates from 0-100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds and has a top speed of over 300 km/h.
The bike includes advanced aerodynamics with high windscreen, side winglets, and an optimized front fairing for superior stability at high speeds. The new M Quick action throttle reduces the throttle path by 14 degrees for relaxed control. The bike also features M Brake Ducts integrated into the front fender to cool the brakes during track use.
The S 1000 RR comes with a 6-speed gearbox and an anti-hopping clutch for smooth shifts. It offers three riding modes—Road, Dynamic, and Race Pro—along with electronic chassis damping for optimum road contact in every riding situation. The bike also includes cruise control, heated grips, and a 6.5-inch TFT display for an enhanced riding experience.
