2024 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 – Technical Specifications

2024 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 has been launched at INR 2.39 Lakh, and in a total of 3 variants.

It’s been a really long time, potential customers had been waiting to know more details about the sibling to the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 – the Guerrilla 450. And finally, we have all the detailed specifications for you. As we all know by now, the Guerrilla 450 is a more roadster styled motorcycle, based on the off-road focused Himalayan 450. So obviously, there’s plenty of parts sharing.

Guerrilla 450 Engine:

Powering the 2024 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 is the same 452cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC, 4-stroke, 4-valve motor and it produces 40.02 PS of peak power @ 8000 RPM and 40 Nm of peak torque @ 5500 RPM matched to a 6-speed gearbox. The bore x stroke is 84mm x 81.5mm and the motor has a compression ratio of 11.5:1. The engine idling is set at 1300 RPM and the motor comes with fuel injection and an electric starter. The wet multiplate clutch has a slip & assist function too.

Guerrilla 450 Dimensions & Cycle Parts:

The 2024 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 rides on a steel tubular chassis which uses the engine as a stressed member. The chassis then rides along with a 43mm telescopic front fork and a linkage rear monoshock. The front fork offers 140mm of wheel travel and the rear monoshock allows for 150mm of wheel travel.

The Guerrilla 450 measures 2090mm in length, 833mm in width, 1125mm in height, 1440mm in wheelbase, 169mm in ground clearance, 780mm in seat height, has a kerb weight of 185 kg and comes with a 11 litre fuel tank capacity.

The front tyres used are a 120/70/R17 section while at the back you have a wide 160/60/R17 unit. Front brakes use a 310mm ventilated disc with double piston calipers and at the back you have a 270mm ventilated disc with a single piston caliper. Royal Enfield is offering dual channel ABS with the Guerrilla 450.

Guerrilla 450 Features & Variants:

The base model of the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 will come with an optional tripped pod and a digital+analogue speedometer cluster. The more expensive variants with come with the familiar 4″ circular TFT display with smartphone connectivity and it will show full map navigation powered by Google Maps and will also allow for media controls.

The Guerrilla 450 makes use of full LED lighting, will be offered with multiple riding modes, USB type-C charger will make travel easy, etc.

Plenty of bright and funky colours, including dual tone liveries will be available with the 2024 Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450. This would be a much more easy to ride motorcycle compared to the Himalayan 450, thanks to the scaled down, scrambler styling.
