Tata Nexon facelift has once again been spotted testing. However, this time around, we get a much better look at the front-end of the car. The fascia of the new Tata Nexon facelift appears to be inspired by the Curvv concept showcased earlier by Tata.
2023 Tata Nexon facelift : More Details
As we can see from the pictures, the Tata Nexon Facelift comes with a near vertical fascia and an LED stripe across the top end of the bonnet. Meanwhile the headlights are positioned in a separate housing down below in the bumper. The images reveal the trapezoidal grille of the new facelift version.
The roof-line of the car continues to be coupe-like and the car also gets flared wheel arches as before. Towards the rear, Tata appears to have redesigned the bumper and tailgate. The tail lights could possibly be an all-new design.
On the inside, the car now gets a new steering wheel. This is similar to the ones on the tata Curvv. The Nexon could also come with ADAS system like the bigger siblings – Safari and Harrier.
2023 Tata Nexon facelift with ADAS
Active safety features like forward collision alert, rear collision alert and most importantly autonomous emergency braking is also available thanks to the ADAS system. Recently, Tata launched the new Safari and Harrier with ADAS technology. This system offers features like lane change alert, high beam assist, lane departure warning, door open traffic alert, rear cross traffic alert amongst others.
Powertrain of the 2023 Tata Nexon facelift
Tata could also offer the updated 1.2-litre engine. This new turbo petrol motor is of the new gen and Tata announced the same back in the 2023 Auto Expo. In terms of power output, this new engine will develop 123 BHP and 225 Nm.
The 1.5-litre diesel engine could also be offered as an option. Transmission options are likely to include 6-speed automatic and AMT gearboxes.
