2023 Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 cruiser launched at INR 3.49 lakh

Royal Enfield has finally launched the much awaited Super Meteor 650 cruiser motorcycle in India. This is the brands flagship motorcycle and prices start at INR 3.49 lakh ex-showroom. As always, Royal Enfield will also introduce a long list of genuine motorcycle accessories for the Super Meteor 650 so that the customer can have his / her bike modified to personal preference.

Super Meteor 650 Pricing:

Royal Enfield has introduced the Super Meteor 650 in a total of 3 variants. The Super Meteor Astral has prices starting from INR 3,48,900 ex-showroom. The Interstellar variant has prices ranging from INR 3,63,900. And finally, the Super Meteor 650 Tourer has been priced at INR 3,78,900 onwards. For each of these variants, you can opt for a range of accessories while booking the motorcycle. Colour options include Astral Black, Astral Blue, Astral Green, Interstellar Green, Interstellar Grey, Celestial Red tourer and Celestial Blue tourer.

Heart of the Super Meteor 650:

Powering the 2023 Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 cruiser bike is a 648cc, parallel-twin, 4-stroke, air-oil-cooled, SOHC motor which we have also seen on the Interceptor 650 & Continental GT 650. This engine produces 47 PS of power @ 7250 RPM and 52.3 Nm of torque @ 5650 RPM matched to a 6-speed gearbox.

Super Meteor 650 Specifications:

This new Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 measures 1500mm in wheelbase, has 135mm of ground clearance, 2260mm in length, 890mm in width, 1155mm in height, 740mm of seat height, 15.7 litres of tank capacity and has a kerb weight of 241 kg. The bike is built around an all-new tubular steel chassis with 43mm upside town front forks offering 120mm travel and dual rear shock absorbers offering 101mm of travel which are preload adjustable.

This cruiser has a typical feet forward riding stance and makes use of a 19″ front wheel and a 16″ rear wheel. Thanks to alloy wheels, you get tubeless tyres with this expensive motorcycle. Coupled with dual channel ABS, the Super Meteor 650 has a 320mm disc brake at the front and a 300mm disc at the rear.
