2023 Honda CB300R revealed with new colours

Honda has finally unveiled the 2023 iteration of its sub-500cc neo-retro roadster motorcycle, the CB300R. This is for the international markets. As part of this update, the model gets two new colors, namely Pearl Dusk Yellow and Matte Black Metallic. Both paint themes also get a color-matching front fender. Meanwhile, for the Indian domestic market, this motorcycle is available in two different shades. These are namely, Pearl Spartan Red and Matte Steel Black. The styling, on the other hand, remains pretty much the same. Thus, the key design highlights of the 2023 Honda CB300R remain unchanged. The motorcycle continues to feature a round headlight at the front, an engine cowl, a split-style seat, and a side-slung exhaust.

Same Mechanicals, No Changes Here

The motorcycle also retains the 286cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor. This motor is compliant with the newest emission norms across the globe. Other hardware equipment carried forward from its predecessor includes upside-down front forks, rear mono-shock, and petal-type disc brakes. Noteworthy to mention that the motorcycle rides on 17-inch alloy wheels on both ends. The international-spec model comes wears the Dunlop-sourced 150/60R-17-section rear and 110/70R-17-section front tyres.

Features List

As far as the feature list on the motorcycle is concerned, the motorcycle gets it all as per 2022 standards. This includes, LED lighting, digital instrument cluster, dual-channel ABS, and assist and slipper clutch. We understand these new paint options will most likely come to India, But, we do not have any official confirmation from Honda just as of yet. Thus, the launch details are not available as of now.

Other Options In This Segment

Customers looking to get the Honda CB300R will have other options as well. It competes against the likes of the KTM 390 Duke, and BMW G310R. Stretching the price further one can also have a look at the Kawasaki Z250.
