Written by Rohit Tonapi

TVS recently launched the 2022 iQube in the Indian market. The new iQube gets more features, brighter colours and added tech. However, the biggest update is the larger capacity battery pack, which offers more range. The new TVS iQube is now available in three variants – iQube, iQube S and iQube ST. In this specification comparison, we pin it against the two other premium electric scooters in the segment. These two scooters are the Ather 450X and the Ola S1 Pro. We’ll list the differences between the three electric scooters, which will help you make an informed buying decision.

2022 TVS iQube ST Vs. Ather 450X Vs. Ola S1 Pro – Pricing and Variants

The 2022 TVS iQube is available in three variants – iQube, iQube S and iQube ST. The range starts at INR 1,62,663 for the iQube and INR 1,70,663 for the iQube S (ex-showroom Bengaluru). However, pricing for the top-end iQube ST is still not available.

The Ather 450 is available in two variants – 450 Plus and 450X. The price of the 450 Plus is INR 1,69,672, whereas the 450X costs INR 1,88,682 (ex-showroom Bengaluru).

Ola Electric, like the Ather, also comes in two variants – S1 and S1 Pro. The price for the Ola S1 is INR 99,999 (ex-showroom Bengaluru). While the higher S1 Pro costs INR 1,29,999 (ex-showroom Bengaluru). However, this pricing includes the FAME II Subsidy.

The prices of all the scooters vary greatly depending on where you purchase them. This is because of the different state subsidies. Also important to note that the mentioned pricing of the TVS iQube and Ather 450X does not include the FAME II Subsidy. The pricing mentioned above also does not include any additional subscription charges or costs for a home/portable charger.

2022 TVS iQube ST Vs. Ather 450X Vs. Ola S1 Pro – Power Unit Specifications

The new iQube ST comes with a large 5.1 kWh battery pack that offers a claimed 140 km of on-road range. In comparison, the Ather 450X gets a 2.9 kWh battery pack. However, according to Ola, the ‘True Range’ of the S1 Pro is 135 km. All three scooters feature non-removable battery packs.
