Mercedes-Benz has launched the new 2022 G-Class, the IAA Mobility 2021, in Munich. The brand introduced the new Professional Line exterior trim on the 2022 Mercedes-Benz G-Class, which comes with off-road specific rugged features on the outside of the SUV. The Professional Line G-Class also comes with new eye-catching paintwork. The SUV also features exclusive equipment on the outside as well as the inside.
2022 Mercedes-Benz G-Class Professional Line – Exteriors
On the outside, the Professional Line comes with a new G manufaktur copper-orange Magno paintwork. The roof, bumpers and wheel arch claddings are finished in G manufaktur night-black Magno. The car also comes with 18-inch 5-spoke wheels, and Professional Line roof rack and a spare wheel holder. Mercedes-Benz has also given the SUV some striking exterior features such as stone guard grilles for the headlights, mudflaps front and rear, giving the car a robust finish. On the roof rack, a roof tent can be erected, making the G-Class an off-road camper. As an option, the Mercedes-Benz G-Class also comes with a Night Package that includes black Mercedes star, mirror housing and wheels.
2022 Mercedes-Benz G-Class Professional Line – Interiors
On the inside, the Mercedes-Benz G-Class Professional Line comes with an open-pore ash veneer with a black underline. The car also features black leather upholstery. The rear windows also come with dark-tinted glass. The Professional Line SUV features pre-equipment for rear-seat entertainment and pre-equipment for a towing hitch. The car also comes with ambient lighting with 64 colours and a wide range of customisation options offered by the G manufaktur.
2022 Mercedes-Benz G-Class Professional Line – Trim options
In addition to the Professional Line, Mercedes-Benz will also offer the G-Class with Exclusive Line and AMG Line exteriors. The brand is also offering Standard Line, Exclusive Line, and Superior Line trims on the interiors. The brand has not announced if the Professional Line will make it to the Indian market. But limited units are likely to arrive in the country due to our country’s huge fanbase and SUV enthusiasm.
