The manual transmission option starts with the LXi variant, which comes with a starting price of INR 7.99 lakh ex-showroom. The top-spec ZXi Dual Tone variant with the manual transmission options is priced at INR 12.46 lakh ex-showroom. In the automatic transmission specification, the Brezza starts with the VXi variant that comes with a price tag of INR 10.96 lakh ex-showroom. The top-of-the-line ZXi Dual Tone with automatic transmission is priced at INR 13.96 lakh ex-showroom.

The Maruti Suzuki Brezza comes with modern exteriors and interiors. On the outside, the Brezza comes with new dual-LED projector headlamps. The new headlamps are complemented by Crystal block DRLs adding to the energetic design language of the car. The Brezza also comes with a new signature LED taillamp along with a BREZZA branding on the tailgate. The compact SUV features a raised bonnet and silver skid plates along with a gunmetal finish grille. The Brezza also comes with precision-cut alloy wheels with a geometric design, silver roof rails and a compact shark-fin antenna.
