2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza gets SmartPlay Pro+ Infotainment with ARKAMYS sound system

Maruti Suzuki continues dropping new teasers of the features the 2022 Brezza will sport. So far, we know quite a lot of the equipment list the SUV will offer, thanks to the teasers and the leaks. From another recent leak, we also know the variants the model will be offered in. The latest teaser shows the 2022 Brezza’s SmartPlay Pro+ infotainment system in action. 

Maruti Suzuki will launch the new 2022 Brezza on 30th June 2022. Bookings for the new model are already open. Prospective buyers can pre-book the all-new 2022 Brezza by paying an amount of INR 11,000. To book the 2022 Brezza, customers can visit their nearest Maruti Suzuki ARENA showroom or use the official company website. 

2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza – SmartPlay Pro+ Details

The all-new 2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza will get a premium high-definition 9-inch SmarPlay Pro+ infotainment system. Furthermore, it will also boast premium sound acoustic tuning. This will be powered by the ‘Surround Sense’. Powering this will be ARKAMYS, which will offer its signature ambiences created to suit the various moods. The teaser shows the intuitive user interface of the infotainment system. Furthermore, we can also see the touch-sensitive shortcut keys below the display. Unlike the previous model, the infotainment display in the new Brezza will get a floating design. It will also come with an advanced voice assist feature. Thus, offering a seamless connected driving experience. 

2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza – What Else Do We Know?

One of the major changes to the new model will be the name. Maruti Suzuki will drop the Vitara moniker from the name. Hence, unlike the old Vitara Brezza, the new name will be just ‘Brezza’. The exteriors and interiors of the SUV will also get a major overhaul. On the outside, the new Brezza will have a much more upright stance.

At the front, the model gets a new LED DRL signature. The headlights will also use a new twin-pod design. The changes to the side profile will include new body cladding and different alloy wheels. At the same time, the rear bumper will get a redesign and also sport a silver skid plate. The taillights will have a much slimmer design. Between them, we will also see the Brezza lettering in chrome.

The 2022 Brezza will also share its engine and transmission with the new Ertiga and XL6. Hence, Maruti Suzuki will equip it with the 1.5-litre K-Series petrol engine. It will also sport the brand’s Smart Hybrid technology. The four-cylinder petrol engine pumps out 104 HP and 138 Nm of torque. New for the 2022 Brezza will be the 6-speed automatic gearbox. It will replace the old model’s 4-speed automatic.
