Given the rising demand for cruiser motorcycles across the country, Harley Davidson’s are in much demand. Even in India, the motorcycle maker with its new partnership with Hero MotoCorp is showing a lot of potential. Harley Davidson Fat Bob 114 is one such model that has always been a customer favourite.

The motorcycle has a very commanding character with its striking design language. From the very first look, the Fat Bob 114 gives a very aggressive feel. The twin headlamp setup with dial tail lights at the back adds to enhance the vociferous look of the motorcycle. One key USP of the Fat Bob 114 is its loud and addictive exhaust note. The 2022 model gets a new oval-shaped waterslide fuel tank graphic with “H-D” on the lower edge.

Mechanicals And Powertrain

Powering the motorcycle is a Milwaukee-Eight 114 engine that has a displacement of 1,868 cc. The performance figure of the motorcycle stands at 155 Nm and 94 HP. Harley Davidson is making use of 2-into-2 shorty dual with a catalyst in a muffler for the exhaust. With a fuel capacity of 13.2 litres, riders won’t find themselves searching for fuel stations very often.

Braking power comes from a disc setup both at the front and rear. The rotor is of the split 7-spoke floating unit. The suspension system comprises 43 mm single cartridge inverted aluminium forks with a triple rate spring at the front. Meanwhile, for the rear, it is a hidden free piston, coil-over mono-shock with toolless hydraulic preload adjustment.
