The updated 2022 Leoncino 250 uses the same platform as the previous-gen Leoncino 250 but with fresh new body graphics. The bike now features a new LED headlight assembly which has been borrowed from its bigger brother, the Leoncino 500. Along with an elegant and modern light assembly design, the new bike also sports stylized “250” graphics on the side.

Additionally, the Leoncino 250 gets high-visibility yellow accents on the edge of the rims, fuel tank, and rear quarter panel. Following tradition, the Leoncino 250 also sports the proud, stylized lion on the front mudguard, similar to other Benelli bikes. Benelli will offer the Leoncino 250 in 4 colour schemes – White, Anthracite, Red, and Green.

Powering the new 2022 Leoncino 250 is a 250cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 25.8 PS and 21 Nm. Benelli has also equipped the engine with a 37mm throttle body and double overhead camshaft with 4 valves per cylinder. The Leoncino 250 sports the steel tube trellis frame chassis, which perfectly fits the fuel tank design.

For better aerodynamics and handling, Benelli has ensured to implement a compact tail section with balanced and dynamic surfaces. The bike also features 41mm, inverted front forks, and a central rear monoshock with 51mm of travel. For stopping power, the bike sports a single 280mm, front brake disc with ABS and 4-piston callipers. Along with 17-inch rims at both ends, the Leoncino 250 sports a 240mm rear disc with a single floating calliper.
