Jaguar Land Rover India has announced that the brand has commenced bookings for the 2022 all-new Range Rover in the Indian market. The new Range Rover is the epitome of elegance, modern luxury, refinement and performance. The new Range Rover also brings a wide choice of personalisation options for the customers. Furthermore, the Range Rover also claims to retain comfort and composure with the all-conquering capability from the original Range Rover that mesmerised the patron around the world for the last five decades.
2022 all-new Range Rover – Design Highlights
The all-new fifth-generation Range Rover comes with an all-new design language with a contemporary interpretation of its trademark profile. The design of the original Range Rover can be traced from three things – the falling roofline, strong waistline and rising sill line. The three have been back through the generations. The new Range Rover also comes with a short front overhang and a distinctive new boat tail rear. The new Range Rover also features an unbroken waistline, and the rounded edge of the door meets the glass with a clean finish.
2022 all-new Range Rover – Feature Highlights
The Jaguar Land Rover Ranger comes with Land Rover’s latest Electrical Vehicle Architecture (EVA 2.0). The brand also offers Software-Over-The-Air (SOTA) updates for 70 electronic modules. Thanks to this, the SUV will continue to evolve, improve and remain up to date. The new Range Rover also comes with Pivi Pro infotainment technology with the largest-ever touchscreen with a size of the 13.1-inch curved display with a minimalist frame design.
The Pivi Pro system also comes with a new semi-floating 13.7-inch Interactive Driver Display with high-definition graphics. The brand also offers a three-panel layout and a new Rear Seat Entertainment (RSE) system with 11.4-inch HD touchscreens mounted on the rear of the front seatbacks. The RSE also comes with an 8-inch Rear Seat Touchscreen Controller mounted in the centre armrest of Executive Class Rear Seats.
2022 all-new Range Rover – Powertrains
Powering the new Range Rover is a line-up of advanced six- and eight-cylinder powertrains. The brand offers a 3.0-litre petrol engine with mild-hybrid (MHEV) technology that produces 400 PS of power and 550 Nm of torque. The brand also offers a 3.0-litre diesel engine with 350 PS of power and 700 Nm of torque. The flagship trim also comes with a 4.4-litre Twin-Turbo V8 engine. The engine produces 530 PS of power and 750 Nm of torque. The six-cylinder petrol and diesel engines feature the latest 48V MHEV technology. The Range Rover also comes with the award-winning Terrain Response 2 system and in-house-developed Adaptive Dynamics control software.
