TVS Racing has announced the dates for the TVS Women’s One Make Championship. The selection rounds are scheduled to be held on January 23rd and 30th, 2021 in Bengaluru and Mumbai. The sessions will be overseen by national champions of TVS Racing. The full-day training will look into providing all the necessary details and brief about the race-spec TVS Apache RTR 200 4V.
The selection round for Bengaluru will be conducted in Meco Kartopia in Hennur and the Mumbai event will be held at the Ajmera IndiKarting in Wadala. The top sixteen riders based on racing abilities, physical fitness, lap timings and racing knowledge will be selected for the final round which will be held in the famous Madras Motor Race Track (MMRT) in the month of April 2021. Upon arriving in Chennai the racers will undergo specific training to develop their racing skills and also improve their physical fitness which plays an important role while racing. The national champions riders from the TVS Racing will guide all the selected participants and make them race-ready for the 2021 Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship (INMRC).
TVS has listed down the mandatory requirements which are, a valid driving license, full-face helmet with visor and Double D ring strap along with DOT and ECE certification. The entry fee is INR 1,500 and the interested participants for the Bengaluru event have been advised to report at Meco Kartopia in Hennur by 8 AM on 23rd January 2021, whereas the interested participants for the Mumbai selection round have asked to report at the Ajmera IndiKarting in Wadala by 8 AM on 30th January 2021.
