Royal Enfield has launched new colour options and a host of customisation options that expands the portfolio of the 650 Twins. Both the 2021 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 now come with new colour options as well as a host of accessories from MiY (Make it Yours) enabling aficionados to customise their motorcycle with the new colour as well as parts.
New Colour Options
The Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 Twin now comes with 7 colour options which include 5 new colours – Canyon Red and Ventura Blue in a single tone, Downtown Drag and Sunset Strip in dual-tone and a new Mark 2 Chrome on the Interceptor which draws inspiration from the original Interceptor 750. The brand also retains the popular single tone Orange Crush and dual-tone Baker Express colours. The cafe racer style Continental GT 650 gets five new colour options – Rocker Red in a single tone, a new British Racing Green colour option, Dux Deluxe and Ventura Storm in dual-tone colour as well as a new updated Mister Clean chrome variant. Apart from the new colour options Royal Enfield is also adding the black-out rims option on the single-tone Interceptor 650 Twin model which was only available in the dual-tone earlier.
MiY Accessories
The Interceptor 650 gets two new seat options – a standard touring dual seat and touring seat with ribbed styled stitching and cowl finish. The Interceptor 650 also gets engine guards and sump guards in different finishes, as well as tall and short tinted flyscreens, touring mirrors, fork gaiters etc. The Continental GT 650 gets single seat cowl in various colours, sump guards and engine guards, a painted screen kit in black as well as bar-end mirrors. The brand also announces that all the accessories and personalisation options have been homologated for the Indian market and come with a 2-year warranty.
Price
The Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 single tone comes at the price of INR 2,75,467 ex-showroom, the custom usual-tone colour comes at a price of INR 2,83,593 ex-showroom and the chrome variant Mark 2 is available at INR 2,97,133 ex-showroom. The Continental GT 650 in Standard colour is available starting INR 2,91,701 ex-showroom, the customer colour is available at INR 2,99,830 ex-showroom and the Mister Clean chrome variant is available at INR 3,13,367 ex-showroom.
Availability
Royal Enfield announces that the bookings for both the Interceptor 650 Twin and the Continental GT 650 are now open at all Royal Enfield dealerships across the country.
