Jeep in China has unveiled the 2021 Jeep Compass facelift at the ongoing Guangzhou Auto Show 2020. The new Jeep Compass comes with a full mid-cycle update and features new exterior tweaks, revamped interiors and new features in the comfort and convenience department.

The 2021 Jeep Compass, on the outside, features refreshed headlamps with sharper ends and integrated LED daytime running lights, new chrome studded seven-slat grille, a new front bumper with an improved large air dam that runs the entire width of the front and new fog lamps that flank the bumper. The 2021 Compass also features new design alloy wheels and the same roof rails and skid plates. The Compass SUV retains the entire rear end and sides appear similar to the outgoing model and no changes have been observed.

On the inside, the dashboard design has been completely revamped. The new dashboard fascia features a new double-stitched leather embellishment and satin silver trim. The air conditioning vents are now sleeker than before and have been integrated into the fascia. The Compass facelift gets a large 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with UConnect 5 that integrates Amazon Alexa, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and is capable of receiving Over-The-Air updates. Along with the new dashboard, the steering wheel has also been redesigned and comes with a fully-digital instruments cluster. The Compass also features leather seats and electric sunroof from the pre-facelift model.

Jeep also unveiled the 2021 Jeep Compass Trailhawk, which is the off-road-focused model and comes with a four-wheel drivetrain. The Compass Trailhawk facelift comes with the same chrome studded grille, a different bumper, red-accented tow shackles, red accent on the bonnet, a new set of alloy wheels and ‘Trailhawk’ badges around the front and rear.
