German carmaker Audi has launched the new 2021 Audi A4 sedan in the Indian market at the price of INR 42.34 lakhs ex-showroom, India. The brand opened bookings for the luxurious sedan at the end of December and the A4 can be booked at INR 2 lakh. The new Audi A4 is produced at the SAVWIPL (SKODA Auto Volkswagen India Pvt Ltd) plant in Aurangabad, India. The Audi A4 is offered with only two trim options – Premium Plus and Technology. The luxury sedan is also available in five colour options which also includes the new Terra Grey.
The Audi A4 sedan is powered by a BS6 emission-compliant 2.0-litre four-cylinder TFSI (Turbocharged Stratified Injection) petrol engine the pumps out 190 Hp of power and 320 Nm of torque matched to a dual-clutch automatic transmission. The brand claims that the Audi A4 is capable of sprinting from 0-100 kmph in just 7.3 seconds. The powertrain on the A4 is also electrified with a mild-hybrid system that provides the initial torque allowing the engine to perform better as well as being fuel-efficient.
The Audi A4 comes with features such as All-LED lights, turn indicator integrated front daytime running lights, dynamic turn indicators on the rear, chrome exhaust tips integrated with the bumper, the brand’s signature single-frame grille, power-adjustable, heated & folding ORVMs along with auto-dimming feature and memory function and a sunroof.
On the inside, the new Audi A4 comes with highlights such as Piano Black interiors with leather and leatherette upholstery, Audi Comfort Key feature, gesture-based trunk opening, Park Assist with parking Aid Plus, 3-zone air-conditioning, powered front seats, contour/ambient lighting package, 10.1-inch high-resolution Audi MMI touch display with connected car features, MMI navigation plus, All-Digital Audi Virtual cockpit, multifunction steering wheel, Audi Phone box with wireless charging, contour/ambient lighting with 30 light colour options etc.
The new Audi A4 in the entry-level Premium Plus variant is priced at INR 42.34 lakh ex-showroom and the top-of-the-line Technology trim is priced at INR 46.67 lakh ex-showroom, India.
