Finally! Clear spyshots have emerged on the internet revealing the all-new KTM RC 390 motorcycle which will be launched in India in 2020. This bike, as usual, will be made here by Bajaj Auto and exported worldwide. Spyshots reveal that this is a complete makeover for the RC 390 sportsbike and will rival the likes of Yamaha YZF-R3, Kawasaki Ninja 300, etc. Of course, pricing will be bumped up as this 2020 KTM RC 390 will also be BS-VI compliant.

From these new set of spyshots, one can make out that the 2020 KTM RC 390 will get an all-new fairing design, new bubble shaped front windscreen which has a clear lens, new single projector headlamp, turn indicators mounted on the fairing, sharp and edgy mirror stalks, multiple aero ducts on the side fairing for heat dissipation, new & improved Trellis chassis, full size exhaust, new tail section with split seats, new rear subframe, new LED tail lamp, LED turn indicators, new fuel tank design, new engine casing, new rear fender and more… Of course, you will get a new full digital speedometer cluster with bluetooth connectivity on the 2020 KTM RC 390.

The 2020 KTM RC 390 is expected to retain its sharp handling characteristics on the track, but will also have a riding stance more easy for the city runs. However, it will not become a boring street tourer like its competition. KTM is expected to reveal the all-new 2020 RC 390 model at the EICMA show in Milan in November 2019 with the bikes reaching Indian showrooms by early next year.

Currently the KTM RC 390 is powered by a 373.2cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, 4-stroke motor producing 43 HP of power. This engine is BS-IV compliant now and will be updated to BS-VI with this new version. All the KTM 390 siblings will get the revised engine meeting the upcoming emission norms including the KTM 390 Adventure.

KTM will surely find more buyers with this more mature supersport styling on the 2020 RC 390. Also, expect KTM to launch the RC 125, RC 200 and RC 250 as well in sync with this new design language in due course of time.
